apply rules on existing emails

Moving from dead end Kopano to grommunio, I managed to get the package up and running on Ubuntu 22.04 within a VM. Compliments to the designer, good job! One thing i'm wondering about, is there any option to apply rules on existing emails from within the webmailer or probably via cmd line? Typical use case would be structuring of emails in case inbox got too complex / confusing. Creating a rule for new received eamils and do manual filtering and movements has some drawbacks: It's time consuming, error prune and rules offer more filter details compared to manual search.

Just figured out, that rules seems to work out, out of the box for std user but seems not to be stable for shared user / mailboxes. In detail: I established a simple spam rule for the shared user, read in again (earlier verified) emails, but rule didn't move the email to the spam folder. As mentioned, I'm pretty new to grommunio, hence tried it out w/ and w/o "lda_twostep_ruleproc=1". Can't reproduce the working state (1 out of ₁₀ retries) as of now :-( Is there anything special with shared user / mailboxes i have to consider?

/etc/gromox/exmdb_local.cfg:lda_twostep_ruleproc = 1
is used with Public Folders, no idea if it works with shared mailboxes.
