when we create a new email and set the Read Receipt option, the email is sent without a read receipt. It doesn't matter if the recipient is internal or external. Also the client used makes no difference. We have used Outlook and the WebIF. The e-mail always arrives at the recipient without the read receipt option set. We have tested everything on two different installations (both appliance with a little bit different versions).
