  • Cannot login to webmail after change of Mail-Address

I changed the Mail-Address of a user in the active directory and did a sync via the admin UI. Grommunio updated the username etc.

When the user now tries to log in via Webmail it fails with Error 500 - Internal Server Error. Adding this Mailbox to Outlook works without any problems.

The nginx-web-error.log shows the following error:
Failed to open store. xxx@domain.com requested (Default store)PHP message: Failed to open store.

Any ideas how to resolve this behavior?
