When I try to use "Send Later" in the Web app, the email remains in the outbox and is never sent.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new message in web app
- Click on the drop-down portion of "Send" button and choose "Send Later"
- Select a time in the future and click "Send"
The following error messages appear in the logs:

I would also expect to be able to "Send Now" when I open the message that is in the Outbox but the options presented are for dealing with messages I've received. (i.e. Reply, Forward, etc.)
Running appliance 2022.12.1 with latest patches as of this morning (2023-09-27). Server was rebooted after "zypper up".
