Separating each of the grommunio apps

I've managed to install grommunio community edition for testing purposes and am really loving it. However,
I was thinking If I was to deploy it in a production enviroment is there a way I can have say grommunio meet, chat and files to each be on a servers of their own. Also, what is the possibility of scaling grommunio infuture if I start with say I start with a 4TB install and my data every grows to more than this. will I just need to create a new server intsall?
I was trying to play around with the new server option that is under the grummonio admin panel and it doesnt seem to pick or recognize another grommunio vm that I'd created

It is wise tho have /var/lib/gromox/ and /var/lib/grommunio-web/sqlite-index on separate mount points.
These two volumes contained most of the data, /var/lib/gromox/ contains all mails, appointments etc.
