I am testing a disaster recovery scenario on a fresh Suse 15.4 installation with grommunio-setup. Using Core, Files, Archive, Office, Chat.
Beside some inaccuracy (incorrect grommunio-sync directory and files permissions, missing grommunio-index rpm) everything runs out of the box without problems. Office documents can be created and edited. So far so good.
After data recovery from another host with same versions, Office documents cannot be created anymore. Options are missing in files. Only text documents can be created. Note: The old host did not have office installation. So some configuration parameters appear to have been overwritten after recovery.
Does anyone have an idea how to restore Office functionaliy in this case?
