Ich habe dann das hier in den Logs gesehen:

Und darauf hin mysqlhost=localhost in die /etc/grommunio-archive/grommunio-archive.conf eingefügt. Ergebnis;

Aus irgend welchen Gründen fehlt aber der Sphinx-Socket und entsteht erst nach einem Restart von Spinx:
/run/grommunio-archive/grommunio-archive-searchd.pid
Damit laufen dann die Cron-Jobs fehlerfrei und im Archiv ist nach wie vor nichts zu sehen.
# sudo -u groarchive /usr/bin/indexer --config /etc/sphinx/sphinx.conf note1 --rotate

Ich sehe von gestern zwei Messages die gleich nach dem ersten Start kamen und das war's dann.
Vielleicht hat ja doch jemand eine Idee ...
