Die strikte Mandantentrennung verbietet ein übergreifen in andere Stores. Wäre der Wunsch technisch möglich, gäbe es keine strikte Mandantentrennung. Eine Zertifizierung nach DSGVO, TISAX, IATF, ISO 27001 und PCI:DSS wäre nicht möglich (an der gearbeitet wird).
Jedoch: ein sync von contacts oder auch anderen Folder auf mobile devices lässt sich umsetzen über Public Folder in grommunio-sync mit dokumentierter Lösung unter /usr/share/grommunio-sync/config.php ab Zeile 259 (Synchronize additional folders to all mobiles).
listfolders.php lässt sich für die Folder ID so ganz einfach rausholen (SYSTEM = Public Folder):
