Hello,

i have setup a fresh grommunio 2023.11.2 and mirgrate my mails from the old one.

Database Version on both Systems are V131
I has copy the folder "/var/lib/gromox" and import the Database.

All is fine, but the performance from the Webmail and also device Sync (iPhone, MAC ,Mail) is quit slow.

I found that the /usr/libexec/gomox/http is allways use 100%
And i found this Error in the php-fpm log.

[pool grommunio-web-pool] child 22244 said into stderr: "NOTICE: PHP message: Failed to open store. xxx@yyy.de requested

It is a VM with 6 cores and 16GB RAM and 400GB HDD

Did you import a mailbox and delete the same mailbox and import this mailbox again?
If yes, reboot the server to clear the caches.

Hi, the system was fresh / new. I only Import the mailbox.
All gromox Services are stopt before i import the mailbox.

i used this

On the Old Server:

systemctl list-units |grep gromox- |awk '{print $1}' |xargs -n1 systemctl stop

mysqldump --databases grommunio --add-drop-database > /root/backup/grommunio.dump.sql
mysqldump --databases groarchive --add-drop-database > /root/backup/groarchive.dump.sql
mysqldump  --databases grofiles --add-drop-database > /root/backup/grofiles.dump.sql

tar -cvzf /root/backup/gromox.tgz /var/lib/gromox

On the new Server:

systemctl list-units |grep gromox- |awk '{print $1}' |xargs -n1 systemctl stop
tar -xzvf /root/MH/backup/gromox.tgz
mysql  grommunio < /root/MH/backup/grommunio.dump.sql
mysql  groarchive < /root/MH/backup/groarchive.dump.sql
mysql  grofiles < /root/MH/backup/grofiles.dump.sql

After import the Server was rebooted.

Are the file system rights correct on /var/lib/gromox?
If you run systemctl restart grommunio-index, do you see errors in journalctl -f?

There are no errors during the restart.

MichaelH Try to restart php8-fpm or php7-fpm if you use Debian 11.
