Database versions shown in CLI and Admin GUI do not match

I have a system where the database version shown in Admin Web GUI is 128, but the database version shown at the command line using gromox-dbop -U is 131.

Historic: the system was originally built in September 2023 with DB version 128, later upgraded to version 131 when the new EWS support release came out in December 2023.

I am pretty sure the running version IS 131 because there are 24 tables including altnames, unlike version 128 which had only 23 tables. So the Web GUI is showing the old/original version while CLI is shown the current running version.
What would cause the Admin Web GUI not to update?

System: Debian 11 running API 1.14.0, backend 1.14.12 and database 128 or 131 (depending what you believe)

you need to restart grommunio-admin-api, this should do the trick.
