to an issue related to task assignment (reported a while ago, see link below)
Um die Sprachbarrieren zu überwinden kann man auch gerne in german antworten,
ich denke so international ist das forum zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht. ;)
when you assign a task to someone else no matter if user is inside or outside the organisation / domain
or on or off the server
the problem is always the same (see description from @noplan when using the webIF)
the task cannot be opened / accepted and the task will not show up in the task list
funny thing but not have looked into it
(if susi assigns a task to lumpi, user lumpi is the owner of the task,
sounds strange but hey ... maybe a cool feature or regelementation on exchange)
if you recieve a task send from webIF or from Outlook (version2019)
the same thing ... outlook error ... there is bla bla maybe temp ... if its not goin away restart outlook
if u are a user of grommunio (so your user lives within the organisation or domain)
if you are an outside user
and your stuff runs on zarafa .. or kopano .. .
your Task assignment seems to work .. (at least on the webIF of both systems)
the task will get assigned and shows up in user lumpis task list
detailed report on webIf

for all others out there you are welcome to test !
if you are using another app to sync your tasks
like task¬es on android you will be able to send
a task to your user
if this user is using outlook the user will get the message and the text
with 2 attachements .dat and .ics
the same goes for the user who uses the webIF
but it is not possible to get the task assigned or to the task list of the user
yes its a nice feature to send tasks from a 3rd party app ...
