ak4020 we tested the whole thing today and found 2 errors - in outlook 365, sent emails are displayed as unread under sent and outlook crashes when requesting calendar approval / authorization. teams appointments from calendar in outlook doesn't work either. fyi ps: congratulations on making it this far!
ak4020 14.3.1 (23D60) macos / latest office update / latest grommunio update / actually leap updates.
mwilliams ak4020 Hm strange. At first glance I cannot replay calendar approval. Can you share the steps via Screenshot?
ak4020 share calendar, outlook crashed don't know what this is supposed to help with screenshots...but i have several accounts inside (exchange online) maybe this is the problem....could you recreate the sent emails that are marked as unread in outlook?
Andy ak4020 several accounts inside (exchange online) maybe this is the problem.... Maybe a additional Outlook profil makes possible to have only the Grommunio account for testing.
ak4020 outlook for mac have no profile such like windows, i would have to remove office completely, all folders..but the bigger problem is that the sent emails are shown as unread
ak4020 i understand well - if there was office/outloook on gnu/linux, my apple devices would already be in the trash 😉
cofier Same behavior for me under outlook 16.82.1. I've created a new profile with Grommunio only. @ak4020 You can create multiple profiles in outlook for mac - see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/manage-profiles-or-identities-in-outlook-for-mac-fed2a955-74df-4a24-bef6-78a426958c4c
ak4020 thank you for the quick update! i can confirm that the sent elements are now marked as read / work correctly. what does not work yet is to connect a shared calendar and make a share via outlook (outlook crashes immediately)
cofier Yes, sent mails are now marked as read, but if I take a look on my Sent Folder via Outlook for Windows, this sent item looks strange. It is a editable item, where I can edit To-field, subject and body. Second problem with EWS: I'm not able to open a shared mailbox. Outlook error message: You do not have permission to open this folder. In Outlook for windows I'm able to open this shared mailbox.
mwilliams cofier Shared mailboxes are not implemented yet in EWS, since there are version-dependencies accompanied by it. This track is in progress, will most likely take another bit. Please also stop cross-posting with news extras, this makes it hard to follow/maintain.
