Sounds strange, but I received a gromox_2.28.93.g5bb765d-1+17.1_amd64.deb
from the Debian 12 Community repo on the 12th of May.
The full list of gromox 2.28 releases with the download timestamps looks as follows:

It seems that this version 2.28.93 has some issues with shared folders.
Logically, the newer versions (younger, but with a lower version number) are not installed when I do an update.
Solution seems to be quite simple, I´ll remove the 2.28.93 from my repository, uninstall the package and do an update afterwards.
But it still feels strange....
Did anybody else experience a similar problem? Was there an issue with the Debian 12 repo on the 12th of May?
