grommunio-admin-api conf.d overwrite not working for sync object

I´m trying to adjust the admin API to use my Grommunio Redis instance running on a different port.

The following snippet is placed in /etc/grommunio-admin-api/conf.d/05-sync.yaml:

sync:
  host: 'localhost'
  port: 6380
  db: '0'

redis.exceptions.ConnectionError: Error 111 connecting to localhost:6379. Connection refused.

in the Admin API log.

Any clue, why this conf overwrite is not working?
I restarted grommunio-admin-api.service, of course.

If you only uses an minimal YAML file like:

sync: 
   port: 6380

will this work?

Or try this format:

--- 
sync: {port: 6380}
...

Try using host: 127.0.0.1 instead

You need to provide the following snippet:

sync:
  connection: {host: 'localhost', port: 6380}

This is in contrast to the documentation, you need to analyze the source code to find that out.

Please either fix the documentation to reflect the reality or fix the yaml parsing in .../grommunio-admin-api/services/redis.py
