Grommunio web makes certain urls disappear

I noticed yesterday a strange behavior of the web part (chrome, safari, etc.): on certain emails containing an url, it is displayed then immediately disappears in 1 second. This url is present on mobile and on outlook.

I can't reproduce this error on my system but I use the "Supported Edition". The only Issue I have with G-Web is, some CSS elements are not displayed.

As example, Backup State is missing:
