  • Need Advice for Optimizing Grommunio Performance with a Mixed User Base?

Hello there,

I have recently set up Grommunio in our organization, which serves a mix of about 150 users; including employees from various departments. We are running a hybrid infrastructure where Grommunio is deployed on a local server; but we also leverage some cloud based services for specific needs. While the installation and basic configuration have been smooth; I am noticing some performance issues, especially during peak hours when multiple users access email, calendars, and shared folders simultaneously.

What are some best practices for optimizing Grommunio performance in environments with a mixed user base like ours?
Are there any specific configuration tweaks that can help reduce server load during high-usage periods?

For those of you running hybrid infrastructures, how are you managing the balance between local resources and cloud services to ensure smooth performance?

Also I have gone through this post; https://community.grommunio.com/d/1336-improvement-on-user-view-in-aws-devops-admin-panel which definitely helped me out a lot.

Are there any monitoring tools that integrate well with Grommunio to help proactively manage performance bottlenecks?

Thankyou in advance for your help and assistance. :

Fore fine tuning I recommend, to get in contact with grommunio professional services.
