Hello,
I am new to the grommunio community and a most important part is irritating me on an open source project. It says on there website: Community Edition max. 5 Users
The Licence file in the repository but says: "GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 3, 19 November 2007".
So from an AGPL License there is no cause to just use 5 Users when self hosting the software. I can imagine, that this is a hard coded fact when not enabled a subscription.
My question is, what rule is against patching the repository like a fork and removing the 5 User max value? Do I break any laws or is it just their kind of making money with not experienced end users?
Thanks for clarification while this is an important issue in my eyes for an open source software.
Tom
