Installation issue: mySQL not running

Hi, I try to install latest Grommunio on a Synology NAS in Virtual Machine Manager. When I run the setup, after all the updates, it can't create the mySQL database. This mainly fails because mySQL is not running, but I also don't get it to run at all.

Is there anyone who has an idea why a fresh install is failing so badly?

Did you just install core or also some other featues?
I just tried an community install with only "core" selected and that did work just fine.
Maybe uninstall mariadb which evidently will break stuff but no worries and then run grommunio-setup again which should fix that anyhow.

and best to cleanup the broken database do it like this

zypper remove -y mariadb
rm -Rf /var/lib/mysql
zypper install -y mariadb
systemctl --now enable mariadb.service
grommunio-setup
