Morning all,
One of the shared mailboxes we have within our installation became maxed out against the set quota. The issue we have is that this happened with 0 bounce backs or warning - as far as I can see the server continued to accepted incoming email & allow users to send outbound without a single error. But as the mail box is full, the emails accepted do not exist in the mailbox of that shared inbox.
Are these emails lost to the void? Or as they were accepted into the mail server, could they be recovered to the mailbox for users?
