After a new installation of the 2025 iso with a local IP behind NAT, only the admin interface and web are accessible. For all other services such as chat, files, ... I get a 404.
all services except admin and web returning 404
with that much information nobody will be able to help you.
check you logs what is happening when you try to access it from outside and report back.
It is a known problem with the current installation sources. Only Core package works. All additional modules Chat, Video, Files etc. unfortunately do not work.

I don't know if this will help. But I downloaded this iso: https://download.grommunio.com/appliance/grommunio-offline-latest.install.iso
From what I can see so far, it was able to install all the optional software...
It does however still throw an error 404 on the meet page. but all else seems to be running...
Any errors or warnings in /var/log/php-fpm.log?
