First of all. Do we need vt-x/ept? Or could it be deactivated on your side before export? Can't start without saying yes and then my vcenter deactivated it anyway.. Just found that..

vmware tools missing. They are installed automatically when something different is installed. Just as a note' Seems they are just outdated ot something.. .
