en_GB not available in Defaults in Admin GUI

Just testing out Grommunio, running latest 2025.01.1 via the appliance that's offered, to see if it a viable alternative to our small scale on-prem Exchange at our small company.

In the Admin interface, I can't see a way of setting the default language for all users to UK - en_GB - as the only English option appears to be en_US. Strangely, in the webmail interface, en_GB is there.

Any ideas?

Do you mean the Dropdown here?

If so then there is a way around that via "Configuration DB".

- that also is configurable via the admin-web but you first need to know what to set otherwise it won't be any fun 😛.

I usually do that with a little helper to not bother with it too much.

Which would translate to that in your case.

grommunio-admin dbconf set grommunio-admin defaults-system user.lang en_GB

And if you need to update existing users you could run something like this

gromox-mbop foreach.user.mb echo-username | while read -r username; do 
   grommunio-admin exmdb $username store set language=en_GB; 
done

crpb Not sure if I've missed something, but as en_GB isn't in the list, although the grommunio-admin command completes successfully, it defaults it to a blank setting for language. I'm guessing I need to somehow add it to the list first?
