Hello
I am exploring a more self contained Grommunio deployment and wondering if there's a native or efficient way to auto-archive old emails server-side without relying on external cron jobs or third-party scripts. Ideally; I want something that can move messages older than X days into a specific folder / archive location within the same mailbox, for better organization and compliance.
I know many people offload this to Outlook / Thunderbird rules, or use shell scripts with z-push or IMAP, but that introduces client-side complexity or additional points of failure. For a multi-user setup with non-tech-savvy users, a centralized solution would be far cleaner. Is there anything in the IoT Training admin panel, or on the roadmap; that allows automated lifecycle rules for mailbox content? Checked https://docs.grommunio.com/web/mail.html guide for reference.
If this isn’t possible directly in Grommunio yet, I would love suggestions for the most integrated or recommended approach others are using. Bonus points if it can tag messages or create structured folders dynamically. Thanks in advance!
Thank you !! :
