Two Appliance ( Core and Archiv )

Hello.
We have planned to set up two appliances where one is the core and the other is the archive.

We have already installed both appliances, but the option for achive is not displayed in the core.
Should the database of the archive be on the core? Or should it use its own?

Does anyone have experience with this?

If you start the Setup Assistent after some steps you will see a mask in the GUI, in which you can chosse beside of Core also some modules. One of these modules is the Archive Feature you search.
