Cannot open additional Inboxes in Outlook

When I share a folder in my inbox with a collegue I can add his/her mailbox in grommunio webmail, and the shared folder is visible. When I add the additional inbox in Outlook classic, at first outlook freeces, after some minutes the mailbox is shown in Outlook, but when I try to open the mailbox the shared folder is not shown, even Outlook says the the synchronization has finished.
Had someone the same problem and found a solution. The access rights of the shared folder is set to "owner".

The problem still exists on customer site. The clendar is shwon but no folder. Grommunio is on latest upate.

What are the actual permissions of the "sharing" mailbox?

quickest way of looking up permissions would be this

sqlite3 -readonly /var/lib/gromox/user/domain.tld/username/exmdb/exchange.sqlite3 "SELECT * FROM PERMISSIONS"

It was a problem with the UserRights, where the settings from outlook were not applied to grommunio. After I reverted everything and startet fresh from the webinterface, then it worked also in Outlook.
