grommunio web with Firefox, blank body

When I access grommunio web with Firefox browser, I can only see mail body in preview, but not when I double click a mail.
Once I double cllick, the mail body blinks briefly and then vanishes.
However, when I press the reply button in such a mail, the body appears in that replay again.

Now the funny part; when I set said mail to unread and double click it again, all is fine, body is visible.

That problem does not happen with EDGE browser, but Firefox under Windows 10, Windows Server 2022, Ubuntu 24.04.

Any ideas?

If the Firefox cache is deleted, the problem does not occur immediately after deleting the cache. But it does afterwards.

Chrome and Edge works.

With Firefox, however, I only see this problem with some mails, not with all mails.
Chrome works with all mails.

Hi,

yes, there's some strange issue with Firefox in some cases which we haven't been able to pinpoint yet. A workaround in such cases is to click away from the email tab to another (e.g. to the folder tab) and then back to the email.
