akos I'd like to create email aliases for an account. In the webmail I found an option to modify the From: field to a different email, but is there a way to set up a generic alias for incoming emails? (e.g. setting up an alias for user@example.com mailbox to receive emails sent to admin@example.com?)
patricksimon akos Yes, in the admin interface. There, click on the user for whom the alias should be stored, then SMTP in the top selection, then "Add Email." Then simply create the complete alias (including the domain) and click Save.
akos Perfect, thank you! The SMTP part was misleading, I thought it applies only to the outgoing emails.
