We use an external service that needs to send mails on the user's behalf. To do so, the user can add her/his own mail account to the system. It explicitly supports Exchange via EWS and worked like a charm with our Exchange.
Now, we've migrated to Grommunio and have the following issue:
The users can configure their mailbox settings in the external system and a configuration check works fine (yes, we explicitly tested, if it fails, when entering something odd, so we're sure, it really connects to the Grommunio server).
After that, the external system should display the mailbox content and allow the user to send mails, but none of this works. We only get the error message "there are no mails here" and when attempting to send a mail "mail could not be sent".
Any idea on how to troubleshoot this?
Thanks a lot,
Caroline
