Q: Forum habits

Hello community,
coming from a by time hard to maintain Kopano-setup, I'm finally in the process of migrating our mail-instance to Grommunio.
So first of all, hello everybody and glad to read a few familiar names here.
As I'm building from git-sources on Debian 13, I'm already having a few issues and findings, so my first question is, how things are handled here in the community?

is the forum the intended place for problem-reports?
is there a (github-)issue-workflow?
are grommunio-devs generally interested in PRs, if yes, how are they handled?

Yes, the forum is a great place to report and discuss bugs, improvements, suggestions etc.
None particular that i know of, just open an issue with an as detailed as possible way to reproduce the issue
Definitely! Every line of code is highly appreciated. Clone the code form github, create a separate branch, push the changes and open a PR 🙂

The forum is also a place to share scripts and ideas.
Did a couple or PRs myself, and also developped a grommunio exporter for Prometheus.
The devs are cool AFAIK.
