crpb Delete it and ldap-sync. I usually do it via grommunio-admin user delete --yes user@domain.tld (which will by default remove the files) followed by a grommunio-admin ldap downsync --complete and done.
WalterH Before recreating the user, you need to restart gromox-http and gromox-zcore to clear the caches, systemctl restart gromox-http gromox-zcore
