Problem during migration kopano -> grommunio

For a new customer I am trying to migrate the kopano installation to grommunio. I use the kopano2grommunio.sh script. And created before I tried to use the script the k2g_list_raw.txt and the kdb-uidextract.map on the kopano machine and copied to the grommunio server.

I run ./kopano2grommunio.sh and can see, that the attachment directory is mounted via SSHFS. But I got this error message:

kdb2mt: Exception: PK-1022: no store for that user

Which I do not really understand. Any hints for me to find the root cause of this issue?

Okay, now it works. But I do not understand why. What I did:

k2g_list_raw.txt contains these informations after the creation:

# testuser, K: 43, size: 9.98 MB, active: yes
#testuser@domain.de,6DCE3E5554BA4563B8F5C9AF8A4F1013,1
testuser@domain.de,testuser,0

After I changed it to this and runs the kopano2grommunio.sh script again it works:

# testuser, K: 43, size: 9.98 MB, active: yes
testuser@domain.de,6DCE3E5554BA4563B8F5C9AF8A4F1013,1
#testuser@domain.de,testuser,0

That´s really interesting and I do not understand it at these moment. Any hints for investigating?

i always sed over the file to use the storeids like here

yes, I know the notes. But on other systems it worked without changing the file. But the SED looks good, I will use it in future.

This mailbox has been renamed or otherwise modified on the Kopano system. Unfortunately, Kopano did not update the login name in all cases, meaning you now have two or more mailboxes with the same login name — only the UID is unique.
