Cannot accept meeting requests

I have random outlook appointments where I cannot accept meeting requests because "no response required" appears in outlook.
The same meeting can be accepted in webmail.

The following image is from google (took it there because my outlook is french, and i think non localized screenshots are easier.

So, I've already roamed the forums and found this
I made a test with a 'ç' inside the username, which doesn't trigger the error.

I've read here that the mailbox shouldn't have a delegate since this would remove the "accept" button for mettings. Checked, no delegates nor specific calendar permissions.

I've also checked from here that I don't have specific registry values for this to happen.

Anyone experienced this ?

Using gromox 2.48.100 + outlook 2019 uptodate.

PS: Willing to do whatever tests could be requested.
