I have a user with a large inbox over 70k emails. Outlook can see the inbox emails and subfolders, but the web client has a different result. I can only see the inbox emails and cannot expand the tree to see the Inbox subfolders or emails within those subfolders.
BUT, if I login to another user who has share access to the mailbox above, the web client will allow me to expand the Inbox to access subfolders and subfolder emails.
Anyone have any ideas why this behavior is occurring? Thank you
