Grommunio web doesn't show mails when ordered by date

I noticed a strange issue with grommunio-web:

The inbox folder shows 4 unread messages, but none appear when clicking on inbox folder.

If I happen to reorder mails by anything else that "Received date", then grommuio-web shows said emails.

I've reset all settings in grommunio-web, and the problems stays the same.

This happens only on one user mailbox, another user shows mails properly.
Anyone noticed this perhaps ?

Will CTRL+SHFT+R help?

Didn't change anything (tried another browser in private mode).

Tray incognito mode or try a different browser. Today I have seen a similar issue with Firefox with a Webmail from an internet provider (not G-Web).
