Changing the mailrelay for outbound mails

Hi,
has any one any idea how to change the outbound mailrelay without going through the install wizzard?

postconf -e 'relayhost=myrelay'

ahh, I can still use the native postfix commands ;)...was not sure about this or what is covered by grommuniosetup...tnx
