dneuhaeuser Imported mails look fine in Grommunio Webmail, but in Outlook 2024 they are completely missing any HTML formatting and displayed as pure text.
i recently merged a system and had no issues with Outlook 365 MSO
- you are using "Outlook (classic)"? (didn't even try if i could connect with the modern one)
Tho, this was before the last big update ...
And as mails are shown correctly in cache-mode i suppose this can only be an issue with outlook<->gromox itself and has nothing to do with the import itself. 🤷
Did you also try any older Outlook/Office versions?
And just to be sure, you don't have any group policies that might tinker with the outlook settings?
