RESOLVED - GROMOX delivery "user's mailbox has reached quota limit"

Hello All,
I have searched the community discussions, but none of the discussions I found did solve my problem.
I am pretty new to grommunio and use it basically to get mails from different accounts into one single grommunio mailbox.
A few days ago a friend has tried to send me a mail with some attachements, the mail size was about 20MB in size. I had not adjusted any settings regarding mails size or quota and the mail got bounced.
Since then I adjusted the send quota limit (now 5GB), the receive quota limit (5GB as well) and the storage quota limit (now 1TB) in grommunio admin ui.
I also changed the message_size_limit in /etc/postfix/main.cf to "102400000" (should be 100MB).
I also added "mail_max_length=100M" to some files in /etc/gromox/ i.e. smtp.cfg.

Any idea how to fix the "user's mailbox has reached quota limit"???
I greatly appreciate any help!

szychelm Since then I adjusted the send quota limit (now 5GB), the receive quota limit (5GB as well) and the storage quota limit (now 1TB) in grommunio admin ui.

The receive quota limit should be approximately 90 to 95% of the storage quota limit.
The send quota limit should be approximately 80 to 90% of the storage quota limit - lower than the receive quota limit .

WalterH Thanks for the hint! I asked Copilot and got the same answer. It took a while until the issue was resolved after changing the values, but now it works again.
Downside: all mail send since the problem occured where bounced and are not fetched again...

Gromox is a SMTP mail system, so gromox do not fetch any mails. Resending a mail depends on the sending mail server.
