Custom openSUSE 15.6: Many events for 1 Outlook-client

Own custom install of openSUSE 15.6 followed by grommunio-setup, community, new install on 24.12.
grommunio-common-29.5-lp156.10.1.x86_64
grommunio-sync-2.4.0.718e08a-lp156.20.1.noarch
gromox-3.2.147.m59aa5e9-lp156.62.1.x86_64

There are many requests for 1 Outlook-client, terminating it doesn't change anything and the requests continue, it can be stopped only by a restart of gromox-zcore

Which Outlook Version is running?
does another outlook-client/version work with the same account?
- if so, then i would probably clear out anything in the users appdata

Outlook is version 2108 from MS-Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021 (16.0.14332.20438), on native Win10 64-bit, no registry/GPO modifications that I know of
No other Outlook-client was using the same account
ActiveSync: Admittedly my iOS-phone with the stored account was turned off at this moment

Phone turned off since yesterday:

grommunio-admin user devices $MBX list |awk 'NR>1{print $1}'

Then phone turned on:

The problem has not recurred so far. I will try your suggestions if it happens again.
