Webmail shows error / repair database

I'm in the process of migrating from a older community installation to the current supported version. When I copy a mailbox and then open webmail I'll get this error:

I tried gromox-mbck, which outputs this:

ck_indices_present:

I tried export, but then import fails. What options do I have to restore the mailbox/database properly?

If you have Outlook, you may try /resetfolders.

Windows-R "outlook.exe /resetfolders" <ENTER>

If you have more than one profile, select the right profile.

I solved it by creating a new, empty account, making backup of it, merging the old backup into it and then importing the backup
