Disable Greylisting

Hello All,

I am trying to disable greylisting without disabling the other antispam filters.

All of the email comes in through the MTA on the router, and as such Grommunio always recieves from the MTA and so is just greylisting the MTA.

I have tried following the other post I can find on on this forum (https://community.grommunio.com/d/1995-smtp-transaction-error-smtp-error-451-471-try-again-later), where the suggestion is create /etc/grommunio-antispam/local.d/greylist.conf
and add
enabled = false;

This doesnt seem to work, and I still have emails coming through and triggering greylist as an action.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure but could you try the following

echo 'disabled_modules = ["greylist"]' | tee -a /etc/grommunio-antispam/local.d/redis.conf
systemctl restart grommunio-antispam.service

I turned Greylisting threshold down to 0 so it would trigger relatively soon

Unfortunatley that didnt work 🙁

I guess you need to disable the greylist module:
Backup the /etc/grommunio-antispam/local.d/greylist.conf if it exists.

cp /etc/grommunio-antispam/local.d/greylist.conf /etc/grommunio-antispam/local.d/greylist.conf.backup
echo "enabled = false;" > /etc/grommunio-antispam/local.d/greylist.conf
systemctl restart grommunio-antispam.service

I had already created the the greylist.conf and put the enabled = false in it before writing this post.

I have just recreated it and restarted grommunio-antispam as per your instructions, lets see if that works.

sadly, the recreation of the /etc/grommunio-antispam/local.d/greylist.conf still did not fix it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Reading RSPAMD documentation, suggests that setting the greylist threshold to null (nan) by deleting it from the configuration window will disable it.

Only downside is that the server/antispam/configuration screen always shows the last configured value (i.e. not blank).

However even that doesnt work.
