WalterH Thank you for the information. But that's a bit generic information. There seems to be a problem especially with version 3.6.37 regarding processing rules with lda_twostep_ruleproc=0/1?
So could we expand the matrix to...
1) gromox < 3.6.37, lda_twostep_ruleproc=0: forwarding: YES, moving of messages into another folder: YES, moving of messages into public folders: NO, automatic booking of ressources: NO
2) gromox < 3.6.37, lda_twostep_ruleproc=1: forwarding: YES, moving of messages into another folder: YES, moving of messages into public folders: YES, automatic booking of ressources: YES
3) gromox >= 3.6.37, lda_twostep_ruleproc=0: forwarding: YES, moving of messages into another folder: NO, moving of messages into public folders: NO, automatic booking of ressources: NO
4) gromox >= 3.6.37, lda_twostep_ruleproc=1: forwarding: only with workaround, moving of messages into another folder: YES, moving of messages into public folders: YES, automatic booking of ressources: YES
???
So the workaround to get Option 4 running would be to change the rules with the condition "Recipient is" to "Words in recipient"? Is that right?
If so, how to do that as an administrator for all users on all systems? Imagine you have several customers and you want to be sure that the workaround will be done for all affected users. Some of them could be sick, anothers could be on holiday, anothers are ignorant to messages from the admins.... So the result would be that after upgrading gromox to 3.6.37 and setting ldap_twostep_ruleproc=1, the rules of some users will work if they are able and willing to correct their rules. But as said above...another users could/would not take action on this.
