Am System wurde nichts verändert.
Ich habe nach dem Neustart den Outlook-Client verbunden und nicht getrennt, aber das hat auch nicht geholfen.
Welche Logs werden denn benötigt?

Neuer Test heute.
Erst hat Outlook noch funktioniert, dann war plötzlich Schluss.
Da lt. einiger Forumseinträge das Problem beim gromox-http liegen könnte, habe ich diesem per systemctl einen Restart verpasst. Dieser dauerte 1:30 Minuten.
Danach funktionierte Outlook noch nicht. Also habe ich es mit einem zweiten Neustart über die Admin-Oberfläche probiert. Dieser dauerte nur ein paar Sekunden und Outlook konnte sich wieder verbinden.

Ich würde als temporäre Abhilfe den http 2 * hintereinander restarten also:

systemctl restart gromox-http
systemctl restart gromox-http

Been monitoring my OpenSuse 15.6 appliance and I had to restart the gromox-HTTP service at 07:50 this morning (UK Time) and then users reported not working again by 09:40. Checked all mail traffic to that Grommunio server and only 5 emails had been received/sent so I don't think server load is at play here.

Here it seems the older OpenSuse 15.6 appliance is more affected than the upgraded OpenSuse 16.0 - appliance (this one only needs the service rebooted about once a day, whereas the OS 15.6 is every 2 - 3 hours.

Hopefully mho reported coming update will resolve the issue.

Habe jetzt in der http.cfg mal den Log-Level auf 6 gestellt, mal sehen ob sich da was eingrenzen läßt.
Als erstes Unbekanntes habe ich diese Zeilen gefunden, mal sehen ob die beim nächstem Mal auch da sind.

Wenn ich es richtig verstehe, sollte das im heutigen community update bereits enthalten sein.

Since the update we experience problems with connections from Outlook (webmail and activesync are working), Outlook can't connect.
Rebooting the server helps for a couple of hours.

In the Gromox-http logs there are thousands of such messages:

Wir sind auch mit mehreren Anlagen davon betroffen. Da hat sich in den letzten Stunden bei den Updates aber viel getan.

Es gab vorhin gromox Updates auf letztendlich 3.7.228 (lizenzierte Version) und auf 3.7.252 (Community Version).
Unser Problem dabei: ich muss nachschauen, warum einige Anlagen trotz Lizenz und Aktivierung die Community an Stelle der lizenzierten Version nutzen.

Unabhängig davon: gibt es schon Erkenntnisse bzgl. MAPI Stabilität / wieder dauerhafter Nutzung mit diesen Versionen?

Wir können das gerade schlecht prüfen, die Nutzer der Anlagen haben schon alle Feierabend.

Die lizenzierte Version hat Updates für mapi-header-php auf 2.1.22 bekommen.

Die Community Version für mapi-header-php auf 2.1.22 und u.a. gromox auf 3.7.256

Da bleibt die Frage: Gibt es schon Erkenntnisse bzgl. MAPI Stabilität / wieder dauerhafter Nutzung mit diesen Versionen?

Aktueller Stand bei 4 Installationen mit der gromox Version 3.7.228 supported ist: bisher (seit gestern Nacht) scheint es zu funktionieren.

Es gab bisher keine Meldungen seitens der Nutzer über Outlook Anbindungsprobleme und es sind bisher auch noch keine gromox-http Fehlermeldungen (insbes. Rejecting connection from xxxx: reached 400 connections ... ) im Log aufgetaucht.

Im devel Verzeichnis gibt es den Build: gromox-3.7.263.xf1326fe-..., der verbessert die Situation nochmals.
Mit wget runterladen und mit rpm -Uvh ... installieren.
