If Outlook keeps crashing, follow these quick steps in order:

Open Safe Mode: Press Win + R, type outlook.exe /safe, and hit Enter. If it works, disable third-party extensions via File > Options > Add-ins.
Repair Office: Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps. Find Microsoft 365 / Office, click Modify, and run a Quick Repair.
Fix Data Files: Close Outlook and run the built-in SCANPST.EXE utility (located in your Office installation folder) to repair corrupted .pst or .ost storage files.
Create New Profile: Open the Windows Control Panel, click Mail > Show Profiles > Add, set up your email under a new profile name, and set it as the default.
