Outlook - Attachments prevents Sending

Hello,

is anyone else also seeing a problem with updated Outlook Versions like the following and attachments in their signatures?

Microsoft Outlook 16.0.20131

EDIT: seems like it doesn't matter where any file is. It doesn't work at all if you add a file.

For what it's worth, I could successfully send emails with attachments, and attachments in signature using Outlook 2021 Version 2606 Build 16.0.20131.20086) 64 bits via gromox 3.7.361.x4e34d5d

fwiw, according to the support they could also reproduce it with oulook 2024

Outlook aus M365 Version 2605 (Build 20026.20048 Click-to-Run) -> Anhänge senden funktioniert

Broken

Outlook aus M365 Version 2606 (Build 20131.20112 Click-to-Run) -> Anhänge senden produziert Fehler "The operation failed"

Funny thing is that i can still send mails (with attachments) with "Microsoft 365 Apps for Business" with 20131.20112 and then did a upgrade to 20131.20112 which also works.

So this only happens to some releases like Home and Business and this M365 click-to-run...
Toooooo many fooding different versions..

Anyhow, seems like they found a way to fix it but with that the server will only work with outlook 2024 and nothing older so this will take a bit longer to not get such a "feature" 🙈

I'm seeing this problem too with Outlook Online-Mode.

after switching back to Cache-Mode, users can send attachments and inline-graphics again.

didn't think of trying that. And my usual vm where i run outlook is currently set to use cache-mode 🙈.
With online-mode it immediately throws me an error when i wanna attach the a file.

At least a workaround!
