shared user as member of distribution list

Hi all,
we have some users in our company who are not using grommunio but use the same domain for emails. You simply add them as shared users and use postfix transport for that. So far, so good.
But what if these users need to be part of a grommunio-distribution-list? If you add them to a list, they don't get any mail send to that list...

can you explain what is a "shared user" is this a shared mailbox or?

If i want to add a user to Grommunio I have three options: Normal, shared and deactivated. I have chosen a shared user.
This user I added to a list using grommunio-admin mlist add
Now, if I send a mail to this list, all list members get that mail except the shared user.
