ich hoffe hiermit eine Lösung für eine auf allen Clients reproduzierbare Problematik zu finden.
Ressourcen
- Outlook Classic Microsoft 365 (aktueller Release)
- Grommunio (Stable Channel/aktueller Release)
Outlook im Online-Modus:
Nach Wechsel zu Offline-Modus:
- Anhänge können erfolgreich einem Termin hinzugefügt werden
- Hinzufügen einer Ressource weiterhin fehlerhaft
- dafür nun ein Loop beim Befüllen (Synchronisieren) des Kalenders (16k Einträge):
1. Befüllen des Kalenders
2. Leeren des Kalenders
- dabei friert Outlook ein und kann nicht vernünftig genutzt werden (dauerhafte Synchronisation)
Wir haben Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen, die die Nutzung der Grommunio-WebUI ablehnen, da Outlook zum Teil seit gefühlt 20 Jahren von diese Kollegen und Kolleginnen genutzt wird und ein starker Widerstand gegenüber Neuerungen vorhanden ist.

Outlook in online mode:
When adding an attachment (drag & drop/attach file button), the error message "Client operation failed" appears.
Adding a resource (room) to an appointment works, but the appointment cannot be edited.
(The following error is displayed in the web UI:
Could not save message. (The requested object could not be found at the server)

After switching to offline mode:
Attachments can be successfully added to an appointment
Adding a resource still fails
Instead, there's now a loop when populating (synchronizing) the calendar (16k entries):

During this process, Outlook freezes and becomes unusable (continuous synchronization)
We have employees who refuse to use the Grommunio web UI because some of them have been using Outlook for what feels like 20 years and have strong resistance to changes.
