Grommunio EL10 support status

What's the latest status with grommunio support for EL10 distributions (Rockylinux 10, Almalinux 10) ?

I'm asking because earlier there was some unresolved dependencies problems (https://community.grommunio.com/d/2404-el10-unresolvable-dependencies), but I assume those are now resolved.. any other known issues? Are the grommunio EL10 rpms currently known to work?

I guess I'll figure it out once I try it, but I thought of first asking here anyway..

Thanks!

The two main operating systems are Debian and openSUSE. Use one of these.

Thanks for the reply. I do understand Debian/Ubuntu and OpenSUSE are the "officially supported" distributions for grommunio right now.

However EL9 and EL10 rpms are published in the repos, and documention has entries for EL10 dnf/rpm repos, so I assume it'll be "officially" supported at some point in the future? And that's why I was asking about the current status and/or blockers.

I guess there aren't enough customers at this time using RHEL -- with the result, that there is no sufficient development process. I run Grommunio on Debian 13 without any problems and it appears (IMHO) to be more stable, than the official OpenSUSE appliance. Debian comes with 5 years of LTS, and you do not have to bother with any release changes, which should be exactly what you want.

We had the question in the grommunio partner webinar in June 2026.

The answer was no.

From our experience and projects with partners and clients all over the world we do not had a single request for Enterprise Linux. Smaller companies are using the appliances, bigger once in he enterprise are using OpenSUSE/SUSE or Debian.

Especially since SLES 16/OpenSUSE 16 there is no real difference between SUSE/RHEL. Just some naming conventions and locations like httpd is apache2 on SUSE.
