We had a user as an alias before, but somebody else in the family needed to access it, so I removed the alias and created a shared mailbox.
But saddly we did not receive mails on this shared mailbox: when we tried to send to it, we had errors like "this mail adress does not exist on this server"
I set the mailbox as a normal user, but we couldn't log in to it because "an unexcpected error has occured".
I completely delete the account, recreated it, but I couldn't log to it because "an unexcpected error has occured".
I removed the account again, searched in database, there was only one line in user_properties
I did rm -R on /var/lib/grommunio-web/sqlite-index/<mail>@<domain>.fr,
I then recreated the mailbox, but fell on the exact same issue.
I then re-deleted the mailbox, set it as an alt name again, but we got the "this mail adress does not exist on this server" again when sending mails to it.
I don't know what I could try next...
What we get when we create a user with that mail and try to connect to it:
[WARNING] (grommunio Admin API) GET /api/v1/system/logs/Gromox timer?n=100 from 2001:861:4d10:60d0:772d:3eb6:7c72:68e8 -> 401 '{"message":"Access denied","error":"No token provided"}\n'
This error cannot be reproduce on the other mail accounts. This account is very important to us, it's the netflix/amazon account.
This error occures on phone/pc with different browsers and different ip addresses
