changing mail forwarder after initial setup

i've just started messing with the application and not always sure where to find things.
after initial setup where do you make changes to the mail forwarder/smart host details. also how do you add authentication to it.

Hi Billy,

you can set an relayhost with standard postfix commands on the console

postconf -e relayhost=smtp.strato.de

For authentication you have to use SASL,
