after you checked and updated the config files for prosody (/etc/prosody/conf.d/yourdomain.cfg.lua) and jicofo (/etc/jitsi/jicofo/jitsi-jicofo.conf), you will have to start this command with your settings declared.
in config yourdomain.cfg.lua - there is the section Component "focus.$yourdomain" "clientproxy".
together with the settings of jitsi-jicofo.conf - you get all settings for the command you have to run.
.... from setup.sh - section meet:
for i in auth conference conferenceduration internal.auth focus videobridge; do
echo | prosodyctl cert generate $i.${FQDN} >>"${LOGFILE}" 2>&1
done
echo | prosodyctl cert generate ${FQDN} >>"${LOGFILE}" 2>&1
ln -sf /var/lib/prosody/auth.${FQDN}.crt /etc/pki/trust/anchors/auth.${FQDN}.crt
update-ca-certificates --fresh
prosodyctl register focus auth.${FQDN} ${CPUID}
- the command that made my meet working:
prosodyctl mod_roster_command subscribe focus.$JVB_HOSTNAME $JICOFO_AUTH_USER@$JICOFO_AUTH_DOMAIN
